Stimulate collagen, restore your glow, and reduce hair shedding using your body’s own power.
PRP, or Platelet-Rich Plasma therapy, is a regenerative treatment that uses your own blood to stimulate tissue repair, collagen production, and healthy cell turnover. It’s a completely natural, science-backed method of improving skin tone, texture, and hair growth, with minimal downtime and long-lasting benefits.
At Revitalise, we offer PRP for:
Hair restoration – Helps reduce shedding, strengthen thinning hair, and reactivate dormant follicles
Skin rejuvenation – Improves texture, tightens pores, boosts glow, and reduces under-eye darkness
Scarring & pigmentation – Minimises acne scars and uneven tone over time
PRP is especially popular with clients looking for a natural, non-synthetic alternative to injectables like fillers or Botox.
We’ll talk through your goals and assess the treatment area. Photos are taken (with consent) to track your progress. The area is then cleansed, and numbing cream may be applied for comfort.
A small amount of blood is drawn from your arm, just like a routine blood test.
The blood is spun in a medical centrifuge to isolate the platelet-rich plasma — the component rich in healing and growth factors.
For hair restoration, the PRP is carefully injected into the scalp.
For skin rejuvenation, it may be injected or applied topically to maximise absorption.
You’ll be given simple, tailored aftercare tips to enhance your results and reduce any temporary redness or sensitivity.
Downtime is minimal, and most clients return to normal activities the same day.
Results begin to show around 4–6 weeks post-treatment, with full effects developing over a few months as your body continues to regenerate naturally.
For best results, we typically recommend a course of:
3–4 sessions spaced 4–6 weeks apart
Followed by maintenance (if needed) sessions every 6–12 months

Yes, PRP is considered very safe. Because it uses your own blood, there’s virtually no risk of allergic reaction or rejection. As with any injectable treatment, there may be some minor bruising, redness, or swelling, which usually subsides within a few days.
Discomfort is usually mild and brief. We use a fine needle and can apply a numbing cream beforehand if treating the face. Scalp injections may feel more sensitive, but most clients find it tolerable.
There is little to no downtime. You might have some redness, swelling, or mild bruising for 24–72 hours, depending on the area treated. You can resume normal activities the same day, but we advise avoiding heavy exercise, sun exposure, or makeup (on treated skin) for 24 hours.
PRP uses your own blood to stimulate repair and growth.
Polynucleotides are lab-derived biostimulators that deeply hydrate and repair at the cellular level — great for skin quality and elasticity.
They can also be combined for enhanced results depending on your needs.
Most people are suitable candidates, but PRP may not be recommended if you:
Have certain blood disorders or clotting conditions
Are pregnant or breastfeeding
Have an active infection in the treatment area
We’ll go through a full suitability check before any treatment.
